INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

A) REGULATIONS

In accordance with Article 13 of Decree 74/2004 of February 10, BOJA No. 42, of March 2, 2004, modified by Decree 492/2008, of November 11, amending Decree 47/2004, of February 10, on Hotel Establishments, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations, which will be mandatory for the clients of the establishment.
Article 13. Internal Regulations.
1. Hotel establishments may have an Internal Regulation, which will set out the rules that users must comply with during their stay.
2. The Internal Regulations, if any, will specify at least the conditions of admission, the rules of coexistence and operation, as well as everything that allows and promotes the normal development of the enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services.
3. Hotel owners may request the assistance of law enforcement officers to remove from the premises users who fail to comply with the Internal Regulations or who intend to access or remain therein for a purpose other than the normal use of services, in accordance with the provisions of Article 33.2 of the Tourism Law.
4. The internal regulations must be approved and completed in relation to hotel accommodation by the Ministry of Tourism and Sport; their approval and completion will also affect complementary services when the owner of the operation directs them exclusively to the people staying, in which case it will be expressly contemplated in the regulations and indicative signs will be placed for this purpose.
5. It will be considered approved if, after one month from its receipt in the aforementioned Ministry, it has not been returned to its owner duly completed, from which date it may be made public and its application carried out.
6. The internal regulations will always be available to users and will be displayed, at least in Spanish and English, in a visible place at the reception of the establishment.

B) ADMISSION REGULATIONS

In accordance with Decree 10/2003 Art. 5 and 7 which approves the General Regulations for the Admission of Persons to Public Show Establishments and Recreational Activities, access and stay of persons in the establishment will be prevented in the following cases:

1. When the established capacity has been reached with the users who are inside the premises or establishment.
2. When the establishment's closing time has been exceeded.
3. When the minimum age established to access the premises is not met, according to current regulations.
4. When the person seeking access has not paid for the entrance or the seat, in cases where this is required.
5. When the person displays violent attitudes, especially when they behave aggressively or cause altercations, create dangerous situations, annoy other attendees, or do not meet hygiene conditions.
6. When the person carries weapons or objects that can be used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the specific applicable regulations, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private escorts integrated into private companies and access the building in the exercise of their functions.
7. When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances or shows symptoms of having consumed them, as well as those who show obvious signs or behaviors of being intoxicated.
8. When it causes noises that disturb the normal operation of the establishment.
9. When you do not adopt measures or attitudes against the health and cleanliness of the establishment.
10. When the normal social coexistence of the establishment is threatened.
11. However, and in the cases described above, the person is obliged to pay the expenses that he or she has generated up to the moment of the prohibition of access or stay in the establishment.
12. It will not be possible to reserve services of the establishment or of the accommodation units if the stipulated price has not been paid.
13. Movement and stay within the establishment will only be in the places reserved for customers, without them being able to access in any case the rooms or reserved or private spaces.

C) GENERAL RULES

1. Users are obliged to pay the amount of the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice.
2. The Hostel may request prior payment guarantee by credit card for the contracted services, both for the entire reservation and for any extras, in accordance with applicable legislation.
3. The accommodation reservation begins at 12:00 PM on the first day of the contracted period, and may be extended by 2 hours during peak periods. It ends at 12:00 PM on the scheduled departure date. For any changes, please inquire at Reception. Extending the stated hours without prior agreement will entitle the establishment to charge the equivalent of an additional day.
4. Two people may not stay in a double room that has been booked as a single room. In such cases, the rate set for double occupancy will be charged.
5. Room cleaning will be done as soon as possible.
6. The parking area is for the exclusive use of hostel residents, and this right begins upon signing the accommodation contract. Once the parking area is full, parking outside the designated spaces will not be permitted. Otherwise, the establishment reserves the right to use the most appropriate means to remove the vehicle in question.
7. Smoking is not permitted throughout the interior premises and rooms of the establishment, including common areas, in compliance with current regulations against smoking, the details of which are established in Law 42/2010 of December 30.
8. Access is prohibited for people accompanied by pets or companion animals, with the exception of people accompanied by assistance dogs, as established by Law 11/2021 of December 28, which regulates assistance dogs for people with disabilities in Andalusia.
9. The hotel is only responsible for valuables deposited in the in-room safe, according to the terms and conditions and up to the limit established in the hotel's insurance policy. We recommend that you deposit all valuables in your in-room safe.
10. Safety regulations prohibit the use of irons and any other equipment or appliances intended for food preparation in the hostel rooms.
11. The identification card you receive at Reception identifies you as a guest of the Hostel. Please carry it with you at all times while on the premises.
12. Towels and other linens from the room may not be used outside the room. The establishment provides beach towels free of charge, subject to a deposit which will be refunded upon completion of use. In case of loss or damage, the deposit will not be refunded.
13. Keep an eye on your luggage at all times. Do not leave it unattended.
14. Make sure the door is properly closed when leaving the room, even if it is for a short time, and keep the door closed when you are inside the room.
15. Close your luggage when not in use and store it in your wardrobe. If your luggage has a lock, always use it.
16. Please protect your room key card; we would appreciate it if you returned your key card to us on the day of your departure.
17. Immediately notify Reception of any abnormal event you notice, such as: people acting suspiciously in the hallway, repeated unidentified phone calls, knocks on your room door from unknown people, or finding no one at the door when you go to open it.
18. Please do not be offended if any member of staff asks you to identify yourself.
19. Do not display jewelry, money, or valuables in your room.
20. Do not tell strangers the room number you are occupying.
21. Do not allow hostel staff into your room unless they are identified.
22. Do not allow unsolicited deliveries into your room.
23. When establishing social relationships with strangers, do not reveal the name of your hostel or your room number.
24. Do not discuss specific plans for future excursions, outings, etc., in public or with strangers.
25. Do not hang clothes over the terrace railing, or inside the terrace hanging from ropes.
26. If you discover any type of damage or anomaly, please contact Reception.
27. Please respect the areas where the bedrooms are located, especially during nighttime and siesta hours. Avoid making unnecessary noise.
28. Use the facilities properly, respecting the furniture and outdoor spaces of the hostel.
29. Participate in the event that, during your stay at the Hostel, a disaster drill or evacuation is carried out.
30. Some schedules may change depending on the time of year, and the customer will be informed of any changes in due course.
31. Any damage to the furniture, utensils, etc., which the Management considers to have been intentional, will be charged to the customer's bill and in turn reserves the right to ask the customer to leave the establishment immediately.
32. Walking barefoot in the lobby, hallways, and other common areas is not permitted. Likewise, entering or remaining inside the hostel while wet is not allowed.
33. Once the capacity of our Restaurant is reached, entry will not be permitted until tables become available.
34. The hostel has official complaint forms available for you to exercise your right. However, this does not exempt you from paying your bill beforehand.
