INTERNAL REGULATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

A) REGULATION REGULATION

In accordance with Art. 13 of Decree 74/2004 of February 10, BOJA nº 42, of March 2, 2004, modified by Decree 492/2008, of November 11, of modification of Decree 47/2004, of February, of Hotel Establishments, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations, which will be mandatory for the clients of the establishment.
Art.º 13. Internal Regulations.
1. Hotel Establishments may have an Internal Regime Regulation, in which the obligatory rules for users during their stay will be established.
2. The Internal Regulations that exist, as the case may be, will specify, as a minimum, the admission conditions, the rules of coexistence and operation, as well as everything that allows and favors the normal development of the enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services.
3. The owners of the hotel establishments may request the help of the agents of the authority to evict from them, users who fail to comply with the Internal Regime Regulations or who intend to access or remain in them, with a different purpose than normal. use of services, in accordance with the provisions of Article 33.2 of the Tourism Law.
4. The internal regulations must be approved and completed in relation to hotel accommodation by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports; Its approval and completion will also affect complementary services when the owner of the exploitation directs them exclusively to the people housed, in which case it will be expressly contemplated in the regulation and indicative badges will be placed for that purpose.
5. It will be deemed approved if, after a period of one month has elapsed since its receipt in the aforementioned Ministry, it has not been returned to its owner duly completed, the date from which it can be exposed to the public and proceed with its application.
6. The internal regulations will always be available to users and will be displayed, at least, in Spanish and English, in a visible place at the reception of the establishment.

B) ADMISSION REGULATIONS

In accordance with Decree 10/2003 Art. 5 and 7, which approves the General Regulations for the Admission of people in establishments for public shows and recreational activities, access and permanence of people in the establishment will be prevented, in the following cases:

1. When the established capacity has been completed with the users who are inside the enclosure or establishment.
2. When the closing time of the establishment has been exceeded.
3. When the minimum age established to access the premises is lacking, according to current regulations.
4. When the person who intends to access has not paid for the ticket or the location, in cases where this is required.
5. When the person manifests violent attitudes, especially when he behaves aggressively or causes altercations, causes dangerous situations, inconveniences other attendees or does not meet hygiene conditions.
6. When the person carries weapons or objects capable of being used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable specific regulations, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private escorts integrated into private companies. and access the building in the exercise of their functions.
7. When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances or shows symptoms of having consumed them, as well as those who show obvious signs or behaviors of being intoxicated.
8. When it causes noise that disturbs the normal development of the establishment.
9. When he does not adopt measures or attitudes against the sanitation and cleanliness of the establishment.
10. When it violates the normal social coexistence of the establishment.
11. However, and in the cases described above, the person is obliged to pay the expenses that have been generated up to the moment of the prohibition of access or permanence in the establishment.
12. It is not possible to reserve services of the establishment or of the accommodation units if the stipulated price has not been paid.
13. The movement and stay within the establishment will only be in places reserved for customers, without them being able to access in any case, rooms or reserved or private spaces.

C) GENERAL RULES

1. Users have the obligation to pay the amount of the contracted services, at the time of presentation of the invoice.
2. The Hostel may request a prior credit card payment guarantee for the contracted services, both for the entire reservation and for the extras, in accordance with applicable legislation.
3. The accommodation reservation begins at 12:00 noon on the first day of the contracted period, and may be extended by 2 more hours in periods of maximum occupancy and ends at 12:00 noon on the day indicated as the departure date. For possible changes, please consult at Reception. The extension of the designated hours, without prior agreement, will entitle the establishment to charge the equivalent of one additional day.
4. Two people will not be allowed to stay in a double room that had been contracted as a single room. If applicable, the fixed rate for double use will be paid.
5. The cleaning of the rooms will be done as soon as possible.
6. The parking is for the exclusive use of the residents of the Hostel, beginning this right with the signing of the accommodation contract. Once the capacity is complete, it will not be possible to park outside the spaces designated for it. Otherwise, the establishment reserves the right to use the most appropriate means for the removal of the vehicle in question.
7. Smoking is not allowed in the entire interior and rooms of the establishment, and including the common areas in compliance with current regulations against smoking and whose detail is established in Law 42/2010 of December 30.
8. The access of people accompanied by pets or companion animals is prohibited, with the exception of people accompanied by assistance dogs, as established by Law 11/2021 of December 28, which regulates assistance dogs for people with disabilities in Andalusia.
9. The establishment is only responsible for valuables deposited in the room's security safe, according to the conditions and up to the limit established in the insurance policy contracted by the establishment. We recommend that you deposit all valuables in the safe in your room.
10. Safety regulations prohibit the use of irons and any other equipment or appliance for food preparation in the hostel rooms.
11. The identification card that is given to you at Reception accredits you as a guest of the Hostel. Always carry it with you inside the facilities.
12. It is not allowed to use the towels and other clothes in the room for outside use. The establishment makes available to its customers beach towels free of charge, prior deposit that will be returned at the end of use. In case of loss or deterioration, the client will not have the right to recover the deposit.
13. Watch and control your luggage at all times. Don't leave it unattended.
14. Make sure the door is securely closed when you leave the room, even for a short time, and keep the door closed when you are inside the room.
15. Close your luggage when you are not using it and put it in your locker. If the luggage has a lock, always use it.
16. Protect your room key card, we would appreciate it if you could return your key card to us on the day of your departure.
17. Immediately notify the Reception of any abnormal event that you notice, such as: people in a suspicious attitude in the corridor, repeated telephone calls that do not identify themselves, calls to the door of your room from people unknown to you or not finding anyone in the room. door when you go to open it.
18. Please do not be upset if any member of staff asks you to identify yourself.
19. Do not display jewelry, money or valuables in your room.
20. Do not tell strangers the number of the room you occupy.
21. Do not allow the hostel staff to enter your room if you are not identified.

23. When establishing social relationships with unknown people, do not reveal the name of your hostel or your room number.
24. Do not discuss specific plans for future excursions, outings, etc., in public or with strangers.
25. Do not hang clothes on the railing of the terrace, or inside the same hanging from ropes.
26. If you discover any type of deterioration or anomaly, contact Reception.
27. Respect the areas in which the rooms are located, especially during the night and siesta hours. Avoid making unnecessary noise.
28. Use the facilities properly, respecting the furniture and the exterior spaces of the hostel.
29. Participate in the event that, during your stay at the Hostel, an accident or evacuation drill is practiced.
30. Some hours may change depending on the time of year, of which change the client will be informed in a timely manner.
31. Any damage to the furniture, utensils, etc., that the Management considers to have been intentional, will be charged on the client's invoice and in turn reserves the right to ask the client to leave the establishment immediately.
32. It is not allowed to walk barefoot in the Hall, corridors and other common areas. Likewise, it is not allowed to enter or remain wet inside the hostel.
33. Once the capacity of our Restaurant is covered, entry will not be allowed as long as there are no tables available.
34. The hostel has at its disposal the official claim forms to exercise your right. However, this does not exempt you from paying your bill in advance.
