INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
A) REGULATIONS
In accordance with Art. 13 of Decree 74/2004 of February 10, BOJA No. 42, of March 2, 2004, modified by Decree 492/2008, of November 11, modifying Decree 47/2004, of February 10, on Hotel Establishments, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations, which will be mandatory for clients of the establishment.
Art. 13. Internal Regulations.
1. Hotel Establishments may have Internal Regulations, in which the mandatory rules for users during their stay will be established.
2. The Internal Regulations that may exist will specify, at a minimum, the conditions of admission, the rules of coexistence and operation, as well as everything that allows and favors the normal development of the enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services.
3. The owners of hotel establishments may request the assistance of the agents of the authority to evict from them the users who fail to comply with the Internal Regulations or who intend to access or remain in them, for a purpose different from the normal use of the services, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 33.2 of the Tourism Law.
4. The internal regulations must be approved and processed in relation to hotel accommodation by the Ministry of Tourism and Sport; their approval and processing will also affect complementary services when the owner of the operation directs them exclusively to accommodated persons, in which case it will be expressly contemplated in the regulations and indicative signs will be placed to that effect.
5. It will be understood to be approved if, after one month from its receipt in the aforementioned Ministry, it has not been returned to its owner duly processed, the date from which it may be displayed to the public and proceed to its application.
6. The internal regulations will always be available to users and will be displayed, at least in Spanish and English, in a visible place at the establishment's reception.
B) ADMISSION REGULATIONS
In accordance with Decree 10/2003 Art. 5 and 7, which approves the General Regulation for the Admission of persons in public entertainment establishments and recreational activities, access and permanence of persons in the establishment will be prevented in the following cases:
1. When the established capacity has been reached with the users who are inside the premises or establishment.
2. When the closing time of the establishment has passed.
3. When the minimum age established to access the premises is not met, according to current regulations.
4. When the person intending to access has not paid the entrance fee or ticket, in cases where this is required.
5. When the person manifests violent attitudes, especially when they behave aggressively or provoke altercations, create dangerous situations, annoy other attendees or do not meet hygiene conditions.
6. When the person carries weapons or objects capable of being used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the specific applicable regulations, they are members of the Security Forces and Bodies or private bodyguards integrated into private companies and access the building in the exercise of their duties.
7. When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances or shows symptoms of having consumed them, as well as those who show signs or obvious behaviors of being intoxicated.
8. When they provoke noises that disturb the normal development of the establishment.
9. When they do not adopt measures or attitudes against the health and cleanliness of the establishment.
10. When they act against the normal social coexistence of the establishment.
11. However, and in the cases described above, the person remains obliged to pay the expenses generated up to the moment of the prohibition of access or stay in the establishment.
12. Services of the establishment or accommodation units cannot be reserved if the stipulated price has not been paid.
13. Circulation and stay within the establishment will only be in the places reserved for clients, without them being able to access in any case the rooms or spaces reserved or private.
C) GENERAL RULES
1. Users have the obligation to pay the amount of the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice.
2. The Hostel may request a prior payment guarantee with a credit card for the contracted services, both for the total of the reservation and for the extras, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
3. The accommodation reservation starts at 12:00 PM on the first day of the contracted period, and may be extended for 2 more hours during periods of maximum occupancy and ends at 12:00 PM on the day indicated as the departure date. For possible changes, please consult the Reception. Extending the indicated time, without prior agreement, will give the establishment the right to charge the equivalent of an additional day.
4. The stay of two people in a double room that had been contracted as a single room will not be allowed. In this case, the rate set for double use will be paid.
5. The cleaning of the rooms will be done as soon as possible.
6. The parking is for the exclusive use of the Hostel's residents, with this right beginning with the signing of the accommodation contract. Once the capacity is reached, it will not be possible to park outside the spaces designated for it. Otherwise, the establishment reserves the right to use the most appropriate means for the removal of the vehicle in question.
7. Smoking is not allowed in the entire interior premises and rooms of the establishment, including common areas in compliance with current anti-smoking regulations and whose detail is established in Law 42/2010 of December 30.
8. Access for persons accompanied by pets or companion animals is prohibited, with the exception of persons accompanied by assistance dogs, as established by Law 11/2021 of December 28, which regulates assistance dogs for persons with disabilities in Andalusia.
9. The establishment is only responsible for valuables deposited in the room's safe, according to the conditions and up to the limit established in the insurance policy contracted by the establishment. We recommend that you deposit all valuables in your room's safe.
10. Security rules prohibit the use of irons and any other equipment or appliance intended for food preparation in the hostel rooms.
11. The identification card given to you at Reception accredits you as a guest of the Hostel. Keep it with you at all times within the premises.
12. It is not allowed to use towels and other clothing from the room for outdoor use. The establishment makes towels available to its clients for the beach free of charge, subject to a deposit that will be returned after use. In case of loss or damage, the client will not have the right to recover the deposit.
13. Monitor and control your luggage at all times. Do not leave it unattended.
14. Ensure that the door is well closed when leaving the room, even for a short space of time, and keep the door closed when you are inside the room.
15. Close your luggage when not in use and place it in your closet. If the luggage has a lock, always use it.
16. Protect your room key card; we would appreciate it if you returned your key card on the day of your departure.
17. Notify the Reception immediately of any abnormal event that you observe, such as: people acting suspiciously in the hallway, repeated phone calls that do not identify themselves, knocks at your room door from people unknown to you or not finding anyone at the door when you go to open it.
18. We ask that you do not be offended if any staff member asks you to identify yourself.
19. Do not display jewelry, money or valuables in your room.
20. Do not tell strangers the room number you occupy.
21. Do not allow hostel staff to enter your room if they are not identified.
22. Do not allow entry to your room with deliveries that have not been requested.
23. When you establish social relationships with unknown people, do not reveal the name of your hostel, or your room number.
24. Do not discuss specific plans for future excursions, outings, etc., in public or with strangers.
25. Do not hang clothes over the terrace railing, nor inside it hanging from ropes.
26. If you discover any type of damage or anomaly, contact Reception.
27. Respect the areas where the rooms are located, especially during night and nap hours. Avoid making unnecessary noise.
28. Use the facilities properly, respecting the furniture and outdoor spaces of the hostel.
29. Participate in case a disaster or evacuation drill is practiced during your stay at the Hostel.
30. Some schedules may change depending on the time of year, of which the client will be duly informed.
31. Any damage to furniture, utensils, etc., which Management considers intentional, will be charged to the client's invoice and at the same time reserves the right to ask the client to leave the establishment immediately.
32. Walking barefoot is not allowed in the Hall, hallways and other common areas. Likewise, it is not allowed to enter or remain wet inside the hostel.
33. Once the capacity of our Restaurant is reached, entry will not be allowed as long as there are no tables available.
34. The hostel has official complaint forms at your disposal to exercise your right. However, this does not exempt you from paying your invoice beforehand.
